Missing hundreds of dollars,card declining at atms despite plenty of money, transaction list incorrect

Says insufficient funds at atms yet I'm staring at more than enough in the account, wont save money when I try, when it does it only saves small amounts, one min account shows I have wayyyyyyy more money than I do, then after multiple refreshes it's fine. Transaction list is incorrect and not showing credits nor showing money being moved back and forth.....Lastly as of an hr ago, I'm missing 490 fukn dollars with no idea why or how, and there's no digital paper trail to explain it
