Had money stolen from our account. Filed fraud statement,. Received new card and used it several times. Had stolen money added back to our account. Tried to use money and transactions were all declined. Recieved a direct deposit since then. Still cannot access any funds. Tried using atm and a fraud alert appeared on the screen. Have called 4 times with different reasons for this happening
