Saying my card is not recognized when I try to call for help about why I can't access my money that I switched over to the vault. This is outrageous!

I'm having the exact same issue. I chatted into their CS & they told me that it's an issue that they're working on currently but don't have an ETA for resolution. The menu when calling also seems a little off from what I remember of the last time that I called in. I've never had a hard time getting a hold of their customer service and today has been awful. I"m unsure of what's going on. Were you able to get any resolution?
