Trying to buy MegaMillions and the app hangs when trying to process payment even though I have money in the app.

Hey! It has been three days and the app is stating that " It Is Under Maintenance and Will Be Available In A Couple Of Hours". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the App. several times. Please advise!
