Some browsers still bomb out but it worked for me in chrome. Note the little astrick next to package value meaning it is required. Used to be you could leave it blank but not any more.

I got it to work using chrome and adding 1.00 to package value. WILL NOT work using IE 11 at all currnetly.

I also was able to print shipping lables using Chrome and adding 1.00 to package value. USPS.com 'live support' is a total joke. No response whatsoever. I was not able to use IE 11 or Firefox 26 at all.
