Site stops at the step where you would normally pick a service and pay. Totally dead.

Try adding your destination to your address book. I finally was able to get to the billing portion by only choosing from my address book.
USPS does not let me move past the screen where I enter the shipping information. I am using Vista and Firefox. I tried going straight from the address book but that does not help either. Any other thoughts?
I am shipping flat rate. does not allow me to enter in package details
I'm not able to log in anymore with Firefox, but can with Internet Explorer. I get an error message on Firefox that says "We have encountered an error. Please try again." I'm guessing they made changes to their site but haven't yet worked out the glitches with every browser.
