can't get the online shipping label section to work

This darn thing won't load on either browser or computer! I've just googled that this is common that "labelinformation" on USPS is down...
I had the same problem, and I solved it by changing Windows 7 display language back to English.
Many users are facing the same problem but there is no professional who can help us with it. I have been thinking to get easy essay help online to complete my research paper. I also tried to contact to user provider but the assistant says there is no problem you are talking about.
