"We're sorry, an unexpected error has occurred" shown when creating shipping label

For a second day I've tried to create & print a customs form online. After inputting all of my data and clicking the 'Review and Print' button, an error is displayed simply stating "We're sorry, an unexpected error has occured". If I go back to the previous screen, all of my line items for contents I've added are deleted. Very frustrating!!
I am getting the same error message. "We're sorry, an unexpected error has occurred". Frustrating, I try again tomorrow morning. Otherwise, I have to do it at the office.
