Same issue as reported multiple times below, once I get to the final stge of "review and print" I receive a 

  • We're sorry, an unexpected error has occured error.  

This occured after severl tries in Chrom and Edge.  Lots of wasted time and no shipping.

I am an American teacher working at an air base in Germany.  The ONLY way to send packages to the USA is to print out customs forms.  Every time I enter the information, I recieve an error message.  This is the WORST service ever!

  • After numerous attempts to complete and print the customs form, I continue to get the error message at the top:  We're sorry, an unexpected error has occured

Since moving to the mandatory on-line application for completing the customs form, I always get this error.  After numerous attempts, I SOMETIMES get it completed and printed.  Always a huge waste of time!
