Same problem. Currently use Win XP Pro and tried USPS with; IE8, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, SeaMonkey. And they complain that they are not making enough money!!!!!!
To be honest I have been facing the same problem for many months but after reading the solution pertaining to it from a member helped to solve this problem.
