Unable to ship USPS website since jan 23rd. Will not process labels to billing. Why did you change the website design it worked fine before!
Online support not available. Come On USPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have tried IE11 and Chrome, nothing works.

I finally was able to print a label by adding people to my address book. Only by choosing an existing person was I able to get to the billing portion. I hope that helps.

Only unlike Erika, using a contact from the address book makes no difference.
I normally use firefox, I tried it on explorer 11, same thing.
This is getting out of control for the office.
