USPS.com not working since yesterday (Tues. 1/28/2014)!!! Online chat not working. Wait time to report problem by phone, WAY TOO LONG, CAN NOT REACH ANYONE!!! What is going on??? When will this be resolved??? This is NOT cool!!!! Really, really bad business practice!!!!

Cleared my Internet Explorer cache & tried again - same problem, didn't work. Downloaded Mozilla Firefox - YIPPEE!! Fixed!! I could ship packages again. Yeeha!! :)
