I'll post this again. It doesn't work for everyone, but it's worth a shot...
Put $1 in the Package Value - even if you are doing Flat Rate, and then press on Get Prices - it will allow you to see the table (you might have to Refresh the Table). The Package Value is now a required entry... FRUSTRATION SOLVED!!

This worked, thank you for the tip, but my labels did not print out all the lines that I had entered. For ex., the contact name printed but not the company name.
this worked once for me a few days ago for 1 out of 6 labels and now won't work at all. I have explorer 11 and google chrome and same problem on both but on explorer 9 on another computer the website works. if someone else comes up with another fix let us know please!!!
will not permit an entry in the value - tried putting in a weight (changes form Flat Rate) - would still not complete.
Have used this site MULTIPLE times with no problems - no way to wake them up to the issue - tried to use several time sice early this morning till just now - 6 PM PST Thursday Feb 6, 2014. - trying with IE 11 and Chrome and Safari . . .same for all three.
Guess they don't need the business - or maybe they have given up entirely.
I've been trying since the 27th. Customer service told me to use another browser. I also tried Chrome and no go but if you can downshift to explorer 9 it worked for me. My windows 8 computer won't let me but an older one i have did. Good luck!
