I try several times to process payment with credit card or pay pal and it doesn't process.  

It happens several times.

I have tried 3 different credit cards with this same message everytime. "Sorry, your transaction has been declined. Your transaction cannot be processed at this time with this payment type. So frustrating! I work in a business office and need to send out multiple packages a day. Without being able to pay online, we lose time and money.

Same issue here throghout last 4 weeks - only promiss from USPS support "You will be contacted within 48 hours" and never replying or fixing anything :( Tried 5 different credit cards and 3 PayPal accounts, wife did register herself and tried her credit-cards and PayPals - none works :(

 

It's a $3 difference vs going to office and doing FirstClassInternational, BUT if those $3 are added - it'll exceed VAT-free-import threshold and receiver will have to pay $28 just to receive the parcel.
