In Google Chrome, Enter $1 for the estimated value of your package and then you'll see the "Get Prices" button. Proceed as usual.

Just putting a vaule in the value field didn't work for me. I also had to put "1" in the weight field....then the GET PRICES button appeared. Another great government website! They wonder why they aren't profitable....they make it so difficult to do business with them and their customer service is the worst - no response!! Big government is not the answer people - remember that next time you vote.
Horrible website! I am handicapped and have used this before regularly. You cannot input anything in the weight field if you are shipping "flat rate". Even adding a value number does not get past the "Get Prices" button before knocking you off the site.
Probably another one of Michelle's college buddies is running this site as well as the health site.
