Select service type table not working. Link to "Enter PAckage Details" not working. Also link to Customer service shows "not found on this server" adn "IBM_HTTP_Server at cns.usps.com Port 9443". Also no agent available for LIve Chat.

I was able to print by using $1 (no zeros) at the end as the value for a flat rate envelope - - then the service options / pricing table will open up and a next button will become available....Also, I did this through the google chrome browser...Good luck!

Glad to be of help Wendy and all others, as I know how frustrating and what a waste of time it was sorting this out (by the way values other than $1 (such as $5 and $50) did not work for me -- but after the $1 worked I was able to go in and change the dollar value up from $1 and it still worked...)
Ha! It worked!! Thanks so much for the workaround Lee! Man, I could feel my face turning red and was getting so frustrated. Obviously they made some changes to the interface and used the same people who develped the Obamacare website! jk
