DNS is the root of this problem... Read some of the other comments. You can resolve this by using openDNS as your Nameserver. (google. openDNS if you need to)

I just changed my dns and the website still will not come up. Perhaps it is really down!
Site is NOT down.... AT&T was one of the carriers (ISP) that didn't have the updated DNS. If you updated your Nameservers to openDNS, you probably needed to flush your DNS cache as well as your browser cache to connect.
In either case as of about 1600 Eastern time, AT&T was now working as well
