Every since postage was increased there has been issues with the print label function -- thought this was to save time and funds for the customer, but it more of a headache than it is worth. FIX THE DARN SITE

How do we print labels for Click & Ship? I haven't been able to do this since january 28! HELP PLEASE> MY BUSINESS DEPENDS ON IT!

Well Cathy...............welcome to my nightmare. Running to the post office everyday with 10 parcels and paying regular prices instead of discounted online pricing is killing a lot of us small business people.
I solved the problem!!! Yay!! I followed someone else's advice in the chain. You must enter a number in both the pounds and ounces box. Also enter in 0.01 in the value box. Voila it works!
This did not work for me :(
Go to the Buy Stamps tab first. Then log in Then fill in all boxes with weight and value. It's weird but someone in this chain said to do it and it worked. d
Thanks for ths suggestion, but I just tried and it did not work for me. I am so very frustrated wtih this. I use the Regional Rate boxes because we ship to nearby addresses quite often. These rates are not available at the post office and are in fact much higher. I am loosing my a** on postage by not having this service available.
Stephanie, you are exactly right "loosing my a!* on postage" I ship international at about $58.00 per piece x 10 pieces (at least) per day. Take a guess what I'm loosing? (: (:
