Every single time I try to use the Click N Ship, the second I select GET RATES, it shuts down and I cannot proceed. You are losing business to other shipping companies because of this. I spend a lot of money mailing things through your online service, but I will stop if this issue isn't fixed.

Site not allowing me to ship. Customer service wait times are ridiculous. Please privatize and fire the problems.
