Don't bother. I use IE 8 and it still does not work. It doesn't work on Google Chrome either.
Who paid off the IT jerk at the USPS who set this up? Or was the web site updated by the same people who did healthcare.gov? Now, instead of doing my shipping from my desk, I have to write out the addresses long hand and got to the frigging Post Office to buy the postage! Welcome back to the 1980s. Of course I could load the non-working buggy Windows 8. No thanks.
