NOT really down!

USPS.COM still works. I can access it from my Verizon cellphone. But NOT from my AT&T phone, or through either of my work internet connections (both very large corporations, one based in WA, one based in TX). Whatever this is caused by affects others too, check your DNS settings. Maybe try a different DNS server as suggested earlier.
