They have always been the most undependable service - been printing (or trying to print) labels online since 2004 and they still use that coldfusion server nonsense, never respond to support requests, AND must not EVER test before deployment. If I followed these policies I would have been out of business long ago... Honestly, I keep using the service solely based on their cheap, taxpayer subsidized pricing.
