After spending over an hour trying to get a simple label in, when I click on 'get prices' the message "You have entered a non-deliverable Delivery Address. Please verify address, including apartment, suite, etc" is displayed. Have verified the address/zip. The screen does refresh showing the addressee name completed altered!

I am having the same problem. It seems it doesn't recognize my college dorm's formatting. It's BOX 1: ###, North Streetname Ave BOX 2: Dormname Hall, Room ####.
I don't know how to make it work.
same thing with a college dorm address! did anyone ever resolve it?
