As of 905 am (Pacific Time) the USPS website continues to have a non-functioning Click-n-Ship section.
The page hangs up after the customer makes it (hopefully) to the Shipping Cart and tries to click on Billing Information.
The site won't allow online customers to make their payment and print out their shipping labels.

1045 am Pacific Time, and at last the Click-n-Ship portion of the USPS website functioned properly, and I was able to complete payment and print out shipping labels for my packages. Hoorah.
It will not let me pay in Click-n-ship
I was able to use click-n-ship yesterday 9/19/17 but today it charges my paypal and/ or credit card, but tells me the payment method is not available at this time 9/20/17
