The little spinning loader that tells you it's working has been spinning for the past 20 minutes. I cannot ship any of my packages!

It keeps asking me to enter a shipping date. I´ve done that already and it does not recognize it.
Date thing doesn't work in Chrome browser, I tried Opera - works fine there, but it's just the first step on a futile way of trying to use Click-N-ship ever since January...
Next step which fails big time is quantity/cost calculation on customs forms if You ship more than 1 thing.
Next step is checkout which always sais "Sorry, your transaction has been declined. Your transaction cannot be processed at this time with this payment type" to any PayPal or creditcard...
Thay finally FIXED IT!!! It started to work TODAY!!
