I have had this problem ongoing for 1-2 years. Happens every time I go on the site, I try various payment methods, log in, log out, log in, log out. Have sent inquiries emails - get NO response. Talk about a non-interactive site with no options for resolution. Eventually, it usually takes me the course of a day to get a label to print.
