Can't get past first page. PC has all the latest upgrades. Have tried using different browswers, more --> nothinkg works. Clicking on "live chat" doesn't work, though I did manage to get through to someone late last week, who told me everything was working OK. I don't think so...

Same exact situation here. Tried different browsers, getting in from different links, logged in/logged out. Even tried from Paypal but still can't get past the first page. There is nothing to click on to proceed.
