I can't get passed the part where you add insurance, there is no option to add to cart or continue or anything.

Now they have a small notice on the Create Label page stating "Users of Internet Explorer 7 or lower will have to upgrade their browser to Internet Explorer 8 or higher". WRONG! I have IE 8 and it still does not work. About as usefull as Congress :) :)
This is so pathetic. I used this website multiple times a week to ship packages via priority mail.
Now it no longer works, due to a stupid re-design. Someone should be fired for launching these changes.
I cannot ship to my customers. My alternative is to go use paypal to ship, which means I won't have those shipments in my address book, or history.
ALSO, the link for "live help" is broken. That also does not work.
Has there been a response by USPS to acknowledge problems and when they expect a fix?
Can't even talk to anyone to find anything out about the problem!! Typical government agency!! Probably used the same company that made the Obamacare website.
