can sign on and enter addresses, etc. but access to customs forms is denied. Get a "we're sorry..." message.

I've been trying to print one as well the past 2 days and get the same error. I have trouble all the time with various things on their site which is pretty ridiculous since it's the USPS. Come on & fix this mess!!!
