Had the same problem with IE browser. Try it on Mozilla Firefox or one of the others. It worked for me on Mozilla.
It no longer works supported by IE. I also used Firefox and it worked like a charm. Also, you have to indicate the "value" of your packet. I put $1 for my letters and it also works. Good luck!
