Can't enter items into customs forms

When trying to enter items into customs for for an internaitonal shipment, the 'processing' icon comes up and doesn't go away. Logged in and tried in several different browsers, and get the same result. Have several internbaitonal shipments that can't be shipped until this gets fixed...

Stuck in processing while trying to enter customs form items, Same problem on 3 computers.

Have not been able to process international shipments for over a week.  Stuck on processing when entering items into customs.
