I build my batch list of address and click on "Next: Billing Information" and it sits and spins. I've tried 8 times using both Chrome and Edge. Chrome with show "processing" for about minute and then it disappears showing the screen I was already on. Edge shows "processing" endlessly. I need help immediately as my shipments are extremely time sensative.

12.12.17 We have 20 holiday gift boxes per day to ship and the click n ship website won't advance to the billing page after we have created all of our labels! This continues to happen and at a critical time of the year. If this problem is not resolved tonight so that we can ship our packages tomorrow - FEDEx here we come!
