I am not able to go to the next page after I've input all my info. Keeps saying I need an Internet Higher than 7, but I have Interne 10. Help I need to ship for business.

Can not advance to the next page! This has been going on for days!!! How can it not be fixed!!
Same issue going on 3 days now.
I have had numerous problems since the " upgrade" with processing international shipping labels. One I put in the info and ask for rates it clears out all the data and says internet explorer has stopped working. I'm on explorer 11. What gives.
