Once you complete the information for shipping, there is no way to continue. There is no "next" or "continue" button and hitting the return key does nothing.

IE 11 is not compatible with USPS "upgrades" and will stall after "Get Pricing", even when a dollar value is entered. Get around it by using the Address Book. If you have a new contact not in your address book, go to "quick add" (using the "add new contact" will stall your computer just like label section) and add your contact. Then create a new CNS using the address book with your contact. Be sure to put in a declared dollar value (e.g., $1). Finally got a label this way and was able to print it.
Thanks. When I added a $ amt it worked. My new laptop is IE 11. Ancient PC is XP IE 7 & I read notification on USPS web site that IE 7 no longer works for the site. PC cannot be upgraded to IE 8 or 9. Good grief. ACA web site developers must have been punished by being sent to USPS.
@Gail... Laughing... Love your comment! Yep it's quite the mess!
