After numerous tries, I have given up! I have spent several hours off and on trying to print labels! What's up with the blasted sight?

I have been trying for an hour to print a shipping label, and the site won't go past the first page to allow me to complete the process. It is now 7:17 pm in the Los Angeles, CA, area.
USPS tech support is useless. I have been in back and forth emails with them for days now. "Try this, try that, it's your computers trusted sites, try a different broser," They have failed to take ownership and reponsibility of the problems we are now experiencing. Hello UPS and FedEx.
We have tried for two weeks to use the USPS online system for shipping but it does not work - no option to print, no option to continue, etc. Find it interesting that they are unable to fix and or respond to issues relating to their site, and yet have no problem increasing postage fees. Leaves us no option other than to switch back to UPS, which amazingly does not have problems.....makes you wonder.
"Print A Shipping Label" page has been down for me since the very day the postal rates went up! Maybe, it is related to the problems at the afforadable care website fiasco? I switched to FedEx for a week so far....
