NOW IT SEEMS YOU MUST ADD "PACKAGE VALUE" TO BE ABLE TO PRINT A LABEL. IT WORKED FOR ME. I ADD $1. AND FORGET BEING ABLE TO SPEAK TO ANYONE, NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE!!!!

Adding a value does not work for me. I sent them an email. No response.
Worked for me using Internet Explorer 8 when add a value (not zero) in Package Value box. Did not work using Firefox.
