Appears to log in, but display is blank dashboard screen. Reload toggles back to log in screen

Cannot log in on web site or on app. The app says my "authentication has failed" and on the web site it takes my user name and password then keeps logging in with a blank page. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE LAST WEDNESDAY ON AND OFF. I called your customer care number and have been on hold 20 minutes. Assume you are getting calls related to this issue. You really need to fix it.
