Get "scripts error" message every time I try to load the desktop feature. This is a paid subscription and it seems as if every June they have significant problems, which is frustrating.
Internet search does not show a "fix" and technical support does not respond. No telephone number to call for support.

I realize this thread is 4 months old, but suddenly, within the past couple of days, Desktop Max suddenly stopped loading ... instead giving me the same white window and script error experienced by others. I've only had the app installed for about a month (I switched from weather.com Gold). It's been working fine up until now. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it's still doing the same thing. I also tried submitting a support request but only got a response e-mail, thanking me for my "feedback" and that my e-mail would be passed along to the appropriate Product Manager. Arghhh!
