Won't let me access work in texas.com registration for individuals. Will I be penalized for not having work searchs to put on my payment request?

Received first payment after 8 week. On my claim date I requested payment and noted my work searches (even thought my letter stated I didnt have to log work searchers). My weekly claim came back ineligable due to "0" work searchers. Can't get through by phone. Do I have to wait until my next payment request day? And will I be ineligible again because the system is inconsistent?
