I applied for and recieved unemployment benefits roughly 10 years ago and am trying to apply today.  Had set up a TWC Username and Password months ago because I have been actively seeking emplyment; however, system would not allow me to Login to apply for unemplyment beenfits.  I logged in provided Unsername and Password, it asked for PIN which I provided then asked for Current Password and kicked me out.  I dialed 800-558-8321 and changed PIN - could someone else be receiving benfits under my name?  Why wouldn't it allow me to apply for unemployment benefits.  Tried calling the Customer Service Number but you guys are overwhelmed and have gotten a recornding last two days.
