Web site still not working

Can log in with my correct user ID, password, & SSN verification, but when it asks for password verification again, and I hit next (or enter), it kicks me out of the system and website. This has been going on now since the 10th. Please fix the damn website!. This is inexcuseable. Please get your IT on the issue!
