Unable to reset revoked pin

System keeps saying to call all these different numbers to reset pin because apparently you need to to talk to an agent but no agent is ever available because the whole sysytem is a recording and is giving people the run around in a tim eof need. What do I do when I need to reset a pin but the syytem won't let me and there's no one to talk to and no way to send an email or reach out to anyone whether by phone or email. What a joke? Received an email to go file backdated claim but can't even do that.
