Continually takes me through the same loop and never lets me past login. Password works, then it asks me to enter and renter my SSN. Then it shows my name, user name, and asks me to renter password.... then directs me to this screenshot

This SSN already associated witha user name keeps happening with me too. I can't get thru to call and see how to get passed it.
