All informaction put in username and password is correct but I continue to get a message stating to contact TWC and can't get through the line.

I am constantly getting this message. I am unable to log in and check my inbox and I signed up for all my correspondence this way, this has been going on for weeks and I am inable to get this resolved. Please help. I filed yesterday and now it's saying something may have went wrong. I need this resolved
Hello Melissa Johns.Im going through the same problem as you.Did you get yours resolved?If so will you please tell me how because ive been trying by calling the number.But no answer.
Cannot log in.Its telling me their is an account already exist with my social security.
I'm not even getting that message anymore all I get now is:
