I cannot logon to the site. Why is there no support on the weekend after there has been an upgrade? Clearing the cache, browser history....blah, blah blah, don't work. I need to submit my information!

Unable to logon, still, cannot even submit a help ticket because you have to be logged on to even do that.
Cant login all day saturday . Still unbale to login to sub my claim after MIDNITE. No support , nothing.
