I haven't been able to log on to sign up for employement benefits and have been trying for 3 days.

Unemployment: I spent hours trying to reach someone to get my pin and password changed. I had one 10 years ago, and obviously couldn't remember what they were after a decade. Well. I finally reached someone and the lady I got filled out the information for me and submitted it. I was told I could go in on the website the 12th of April and reguest payment. so I did. I waited until midnight the 12th and requested payment. It is telling me I have to wait until the 14th. I decided to look at my payment schedule and summary. It showed I could do it today, the 12th. Now Im afraid on the 14th it will kick me out again stating I can not file because its the wrong date, If that happens, I will have to try to call someone like I did before to get it fixed. That is terribly disheartening. I have health issues and expensive medication that I need in order to live. I need that money so I can buy insurance and keep the prices of my medicine down, otherwise I cant buy it. I took pictures of the two conflicting documents and would like for someone to explain the issue.
