I got in contact with a representative and I told her what was going on she had no urgency which is very sad!! Told her I'm unable to do request payment she told me to go to teleserv, but I told her that method is down as well!! She told me just try and she hung up!!! I did try the televserv and I luckily put my payment request thru !!! So I hope this helps even if you call the main number to talk to someone their going to point you towards teleserv anyways!!!
How long did you call before you got through? Mine is an immediate hang up or busy tone
I cannot recall but I was waited for 30 minutes before getting an actual live person. You gotta keep calling back to back
