The Social Security number you entered is already associated with a User ID. If you provided an email address when you originally signed up for Unemployment Benefit Services, we will email you instructions on how to set a new User ID. The site tells me to call the 800 number but unable to get through. The TWC needs to provide other alternatives besides just continue trying to call. This has been ongoing for the past 3 weeks with no resolve in sight.
I enter my correct information and the site tells me the SS is associated with another user id but my user id is correct.
