I filed online on 4/20. Received a correspondence on 4/21 saying according to their records I only earned $11k in the first quarter of 2019 and therefore did not earn enough to receive benefits. The reality is I worked all of 2019 with over 10 times what their records show. It said if I disputed their information as being incorrect I should call them immediately. I've been calling everyday for the last 5 days, back to back calling for 10-15 minutes at a time, many times throughout the day. All I get is a busy signal. if it does ring the automated call picks up, I press option 3 for issues with my claim. Then I hear two beeps followed by a busy signal. I don't get put on hold for the next available agent or anything. So I have no way of receiving unemployment benefits because I cannor reach them to provide proof otherwise with my 2019 W2. So what other options do I have?
