When will the site return to active? I am not able to file a claim at all. I need my money to pay the over half of my rent and car note.

I called 800-558-8321 to request weeks of unemplyment payments. I was then told to call 877-892-3024 to spek to someone. A prompt came on saying they are not taking calls due to a high call volume. I was redirected BACK to the website of which I can NOT use to apply for weeks of payment. Please FIX!! The 800-939-6631 number just shows busy. How am I suppose to claim unemployment payments???
Msg on website on Sunday saying we could not do payment request until Wednesday for 4/11/20 weekending. Today website now says can't apply for hours for w/e 4/18/20 until Sunday. So now no way to put hours in for 4/11/20 w/e which was zero. UGH! Need someone to call 713-389-0208. I need to talk to a LIVE PERSON!!!
